A physiotherapist at the Kelligrews location, Stacey enjoys working with ProActive because of the variety of expertise, not only at her location, but across the whole province! Stacey spends the majority of her free time with her two daughters and husband, and they travel as much as possible.
Ryan is a newly licensed massage therapist who has returned home to Newfoundland with a passion for bodywork and its affect on performance and recovery. He aims to incorporate deep-tissue, joint mobilization, myofascial, cupping, and scraping techniques into personalized treatments.
Ryan has always been involved with sports, training, and coaching throughout his life including his most recent position as the team trainer with the Newfoundland Rogues. He would be excited to join you wherever you are on your wellness journey, aiming to discuss pain/injuries and setting long-term goals.
